All of  our calls are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a lifetime warranty against any defects in craftsmanship. This policy does not include accidental damage or damage caused by attempted modifications. We tune every call to perfection before it leaves the shop, but sometimes a customer's expectation may be different than ours. If you're not happy with the sound, contact us and we'll get it sorted out. Due to sanitary concerns, and because of the custom nature of the work, we cannot accept returns. However, we stand by our craftsmanship 100% and will work with you to ensure you are satisfied.
